Homelessness is a crisis in our communities. Our services help each person navigate their needs and access the best services available.
The Flats
The Flats provides hotel stays for families on CalWORKS who are experiencing homelessness. The Fresno County Department of Social Services Homeless Assistance Unit refers families to The Flats.
The FLATS by RH Community Builders also provides a Housing Specialist onsite to assist the guests with creating a housing plan after their stay. Guests can also enjoy a daily breakfast bar, free laundry, computer access, and free wifi.
EPOCH
EPOCH, a short term housing program funded by Medi-Cal provides upto 6 months of shelter for individuals who were experiencing homelessness prior to a hospitalization or entering residential substance abuse treatment.
The program provides onsite housing navigation, case management, and daily meals to support individuals with locating permanent housing.
Admission to the program must be approved by your health insurance before entering the program.
Program admission is referral based and referrals are accepted at epoch@rhcbfresno.com - current providers and case managers please reach out for assistance with referrals.
